In this scenario, multiple robots operate autonomously on the factory floor. Each robot navigates from a central raw material storage zone to various workstations along the line using its laser SLAM and QR code navigation system, achieving precise station docking with an accuracy of ±5mm. Its core function is to transport heavy loads of components, such as engine sub-assemblies or body panels weighing up to 600kg, which are pre-loaded onto specialized carts or trolleys.

The robot approaches a cart, lowers its lift, moves underneath it, and then raises the platform to securely engage and lift the load. It then transports the loaded cart to the next designated workstation in the sequence. Upon arrival, it executes a precise stop and lowers the load for operators or automated machinery to access.
